Join Kennedy Jenks as a Senior Project Manager specializing in stormwater management. In this role, you'll lead our stormwater projects, focusing on both municipal and industrial sectors. Your expertise and leadership will drive sustainable stormwater management practices, making a positive impact on communities and industries alike. Additionally, you'll collaborate closely with business development and technical leadership to drive project delivery and business growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, planning, development, and delivery of stormwater management projects, including stormwater management facilities, site drainage, and green infrastructure, catering to both municipal and industrial sectors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop comprehensive stormwater management strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client and project.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout all project phases, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring alignment with environmental regulations and best practices.
  • Lead and/or participate in business development efforts, including direct client interaction, coordination with marketing staff, preparing proposals, and participating in interview teams, with a focus on securing projects in municipal and industrial stormwater management.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential challenges, and implement effective solutions to ensure project success.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to stormwater management, incorporating them into project strategies and solutions.

Qualifications:

  • BS or MS in Civil or Environmental Engineering, or similar engineering field
  • 15+ years of relevant experience with a focus on stormwater management projects in both municipal and industrial settings.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or ability to obtain PE license.
  • Strong history of delivering excellent client service and fostering positive client interactions while actively supporting business development efforts.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Interest in stormwater management design and planning, with knowledge of stormwater management principles, regulations, and best practices applicable to both municipal and industrial contexts.

The salary range for this position is anticipated to be $160,000 to $200,000, and may vary based upon education, experience, qualifications, licensure/certifications and geographic location.
