We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Project and Development Services team in Florida.

In this role you will:
Work as part of the Project Team, assisting with the development of scope and schedule for project work and managing an approved budget.
Provide superior client service through clear, detailed, and timely communications.
Enhance your own professional and personal skills.
Meet both assigned Critical Performance Indicators (CPIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Essential Functions:
Support the client on a variety of complex projects and assignments.
Proactively manage project-related issues.
Assist in developing scope, schedule, and budget for assigned projects and mange to these items.
Conduct and document all required project meetings.
Coordinate and track all Vendor RFPs.
Maintain accurate and consistent electronic files and documentation.
Coordinate activities of general contractors and internal service providers.
Interact and negotiate with contractors, design vendors and internal/external service providers.
Prepare and update project status reports, process purchase orders and invoices, update tracking reports and maintain files for due diligence and financials.
Demonstrate a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all PDS technology as required for assigned projects.
Comply with all Jones Lang LaSalle policies and procedures, including but not limited to ethics and business practice.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA)
Ability to prepare and track budgets.
Familiarity with architectural drawings and furniture and space planning concepts is a plus.
Flexibility with work hours and travel as needed.
3-5 years of practical experience in a project administration/accounting position required.
Experience in construction management or real estate preferred.
Organizational skills with the ability to identify and manage priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently.
Detail oriented.
Strong analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive-level external and internal clients.
Reports to:
PDS Team Lead and Account Manager
Minimum Required Education:
Associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
5+ years of relevant experience related to project or construction management.
A Relationship Builder:
Both verbal and written communication skills are vital, and of course, you'll be good at establishing relationships with all levels of the organization & external clients.
Tech Minded:
The real estate and construction industries are consistently changing with technology. You'll need to make technology work to your advantage. You must demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of project management technology tools and continually seek opportunities to develop your skill set.
