Description

Overall Responsibility:

EDI is hiring a project Coordinator for the St. Petersburg, FL office location! This individual will be responsible for optimizing efficiency of project delivery by assisting all members of Project Teams within contracted scope, timeline and budget in excess of customer service standards as well as the identification and resolution of risks. To provide visibility, organization, and planning of project initiatives.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide input and assistance to other members of Operations toward the achievement of the Company's overall result.
  • Provide information and assistance related to Methodological systems, policies, and procedures to Operations team members.
  • Maintain professional knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Provide accurate Project Plans and Executive Roadmaps throughout the lifecycle of assigned projects.
  • Maintain knowledge of assigned project scope.
  • Provide Project Status Reports as defined by EDI Methodology and/or as stated in Project Contract.

Secondary Functions:

  • Facilitate the creation of Project plans and required project documentation for each assigned project.
  • Maintain up to date Project Status Reports for each assigned Project.
  • Serve as a primary contact for customer stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with project team to establish weekly and daily priorities to align with the project schedule and available resources.
  • Maintain accurate project metrics used for status reporting, revenue forecasting, etc.
  • Establish, update and manage resource planning in Vision.
  • Update Revenue Forecast no less than once per month to reflect accurate work in progress and anticipated billing for assigned projects.
  • Identify opportunities where knowledge or lessons learned can be shared either electronically or in person.
Qualifications

Education/Experience Minimum:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
  • Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
  • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
