As a participant in the CTS Driver Training Program for the Sherwin-Williams private fleet, you are responsible for safe, on-time pick up and deliveries to distribution service centers, and factories as well as some external customers. The CTS driver assists in loading and unloading. The CTS driver must maintain DOT and trip logs, conduct vehicle inspections, and comply with all DOT regulations. After 6 months of training & experience, you will be evaluated to determine readiness to deliver to Sherwin-Williams stores and become a CTS driver as a graduate of the Driver Training Program.We proudly offer:

- home daily; primarily evening driving
- driving Volvo automatics with inverters, refrigerator, premium seats
- pulling 48' trailers; some 53' trailers for backhauls
- dedicated trucks with forward facing cameras
- other types of pay include: PUD pay, delay pay, pallet and hand weight pay, drop and hook pay, breakdown pay and safety meeting pay.
Our driver trainees average $69,300 to $72,900 per year. You will also have the opportunity to take advantage of a robust benefits package, which includes:
