Coke Florida is looking for an FP&A Analyst to work out of our Tampa based HQ office working first shift, Mon-Fri from 8:30AM-5PM

What You Will Do:

The FP&A Analyst role provides financial support and analysis as part of the Coke Florida Finance team. The position plays a key role in supporting the annual planning process, liaising with other key functions (Strategy, PGM, Sales, Field Operations, Marketing, Commercial, Finance, HR). The Analyst also supports the monthly rolling estimate forecast for the total Coke Florida business, as well as the risks and opportunities assessment. The Analyst provides analysis focused on financial gap solving process for the team. The Analyst supports all aspects of commercial finance, including the deals analysis process with the Sales teams, as well as pre- and post-analysis on commercial activity. The Analyst also provides franchise finance support, liaising with The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) around all funding and customer funding/agreements. The Analyst also supports pre- and post-analysis of marketing investments. The role also serves as project coordinator, performing complex analysis of information and data sources and prepares executives summaries. Responsible for providing advanced analytical support and timely and accurate reporting of financial performance. The Analyst will support process improvement initiatives and development of tools and reporting templates. The role will also support the local incentive process through calculation and verification of program results.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support comprehensive annual business planning process for Coke Florida organization by providing timeline, goals, accountabilities, and interdependencies.
  • Support population and development of all planning models, (e.g., ROI analysis, buy vs. lease analysis).
  • Provide support preparing monthly / annual business analysis to CEO / CFO that identify gaps and opportunities that impact financial performance.
  • Support monthly financial rolling estimate process, consolidating financial forecast, including risks and opportunities assessment, for report out and discussion with ELT.
  • Support analysis and development of business case evaluations for material capital projects.
  • Support all aspects of commercial finance function, including customer deals analysis and DME investment analysis.
  • Prepare pre- and post-financial analysis on all major commercial financial activities.
  • Support franchise finance analysis and support including liaising with TCCC finance on all brand and customer funding agreements.
  • Support model, tool and reporting development, upgrades, and automation.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed.
  • Special finance project support as needed.
  • Support local incentive process with report preparation, earnings calculations, and coordination with HR.


For this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 3+ years' work experience in accounting, including financial statement preparations, financial analysis, internal audit/controls, account analysis and reconciliation.
  • Strong Technical knowledge - ERP systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint), Power Pivot, Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau.
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical skills - analyze information to provide clear and concise recommendations.
  • Previous experience with financial planning, forecasting, and modeling
  • Previous project management experience highly desired
  • Strong change management skills.
  • Some travel involved (up to 10%)
