POSITION PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES:
The Program Support Analyst is part of a team that is responsible for third-party oversight and compliance monitoring within Republic Processing Group (RPG). This includes but is not limited to performing key risk indicator monitoring, preparing, and reporting monitoring results to internal stakeholders, analyzing, and escalating identified issues, conducting third-party regulatory compliance reviews, and drafting and implementing corresponding procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* Two (2) years previous financial institution, prepaid card or credit product experience required.
* Familiarity with consumer compliance related regulations preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and Internet applications.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Conducting ongoing compliance monitoring for various consumer facing non-traditional bank products.
* Prepare and update procedures, draft and maintain workpapers and written reports documenting monitoring results and other third-party reviews.
* Escalate issues to the line of business for timely resolution and communicate results to internal stakeholders.
* Attend and participate in meetings with internal stakeholders and third-party partners.
* Maintain a working knowledge of compliance requirements affecting your position and area of responsibilities and actively learn new regulations and assist in the implementation, if required.

* Willingly perform all other duties and projects as assigned by manager.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
* Travel between Republic Banking facilities may be required.
* Occasional out-of-town travel is required.
* Flexible work schedule that will include some evenings, weekends, and overtime work.
* Stay abreast of new developments, best practices, and statutory and regulatory changes.
