The ideal candidate:
AMIkids Inc. is seeking an individual eager to expand their expertise in Information Technology, particularly in Help Desk Support. while gaining valuable experience from working closely with our experienced IT team to troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and you will contribute to the overall efficiency of our IT operations.
We welcome candidates who possess:
- Self-motivation for career development and continuous learning,
- Effective interaction and adaptability to varied staff directions,
- Strong written and verbal communication skills,
- Analytical capabilities,
- Interest in pursuing a career in IT help desk support, hardware installation & configuration, troubleshooting, network operations, and security operations.
Paid Learning Opportunity Requirements:
- Possess an Associate's Degree,
- Must be in pursuit of Bachelor's Degree,
- Tech savvy with a sound understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products,
- Available to work M-F, up to 30 hours per week,
- Willing to commit to 6-months - 1 year of training.
