What We DoFirst American is looking to add a Escrow Support Processor to our growing team in Tampa, FL.You will be providing centralized clerical processing of all documents connected with the initiation or closing of escrows and relieving branches of high volume paperwork. Communicates information and instructions to escrow branches, and internal customers.

This role will be working full time in our Tampa office. Hours will be between 8:30am-6pm M-F.

What You'll Do:

  • Performs post closing clerical functions
  • Prepares correspondence relating to post closing escrow files
  • Performs fund disbursements.
  • Schedules and provides instructions to couriers.
  • Communicates with branches, as needed.
  • Follows functional area's processes and procedures in daily activities; Troubleshoots as needed.
  • Actively contributes to the results of a team and works toward achieving goals and objectives.


What You'll Bring:

  • Must be able to follow Escrow Procedures and have awareness of regulations governing escrow process
  • Working knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of department/field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with both our internal team and external customers
  • Problem solving with strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and a natural curiosity with an eagerness to learn
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite with proficient excel experience and ability to quickly adapt to new software applications and technologies
  • Establishes effective working relationships at the work group level
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years escrow processing experience

Pay Range: $15.18 - $20.79 hourly

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
