Job Description

. is currently seeking a Test Engineer. The selected candidate perform Hardware in the Loop (HITL) testing for emerging EW equipment at AFRL.
What You'll Do
  • Support the evaluation of EW systems
  • Work with customers to develop test plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop realistic simulation environments
  • Conduct tests in a HITL lab environment
  • Analyze and provide feedback on system under test (SUT) performance
  • Identify and make recommendations to resolve issues with test equipment
What You'll Bring
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering or related field with 6+ years of experience or a Master's degree in an engineering discipline and 3+ years of experience
  • Analytical problem-solving skills
  • A data driven decision-making mindset
  • Understanding of test engineering principles
  • Ability to work as part of a cross-functional team
  • TS/SCI required
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Must be U.S. citizen
Ways to Stand Out - Preferred Requirements
  • Previous work with AFRL, especially within RYW
  • Expertise with relevant test architectures and solutions, including NEWEG, AFSIM, NGTS, ITASE/TMAP, CREST, STIMS, and CEESIMs
  • Knowledge of technology trends for advanced EW systems
