Location:

• Read and understand procedures and instructions on customer service processes.

• Answer calls promptly and courteously.

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Enter customer orders into the current order management system (SAP) on a daily basis.

• Knowledge of products and technical information.

• Knowledge of alternate products based on cost, availability, and customer requirements.

• Educate customers about terminology, features and benefits of products in order to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction.

• Manage assigned distributor accounts.

• Monitor scheduled ship dates to ensure timely delivery to customers.

• Follow all safety protocols.

• Run ZOTCM report daily.

• Knowledge of google docs, sheets, and google meet.

• Good understanding of SAP.

• Must be able to multitask efficiently.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Must be able to pay close attention to details.

• Other job duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Must have at least 2 years experience in internal and/or external customer service or Customer related administration.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Proficiency in using personal computer, data entry terminal and other common office equipment and software.

• SAP experience preferred but not required

• Google Drive preferred but not required

• 2 years experience in a fast paced order entry center preferred
