Job Description

. isseeking a DevOps Engineer to work with developers and the IT staff to oversee code releases, combining an understanding of both engineering and coding. From creating and implementing systems software to analyzing data to improve existing ones, a DevOps Engineer will oversee the process across all product lines. Identify and implement best practices and recommend updates/changes to the CI/CD pipeline and architecture.
What You'll Do
  • DevOps SME to support a joint US Air Force program
  • Provides the tooling for mission application owners to create a Platform as a Service in their own Kubernetes cluster running in a cloud or datacenter
  • Understand PaaS environment built with Terraform and Helm charts and comes with cybersecurity and other governance policies out of the box, as well as collaboration tools and plugins
  • Deep experience in Kubernetes, Terraform and CI/CD Pipelines
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, computer engineering or related field
  • Ten or more (10+) years of Software Engineering, DevOps or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, think independently, and overcome technical challenges
  • Passion and talent for solving problems
  • Ability and desire to work on multi-disciplinary engineering teams
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Current with industry trends and best practices
  • Must have an active TS/SCI with active poly clearance to start
