Human Resources Business Partner
Reporting to the Director HR Operations, the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as an HR subject matter expert to assigned business units and acts as an advisor on human resources and talent related issues. Working directly with the senior leadership team, the HRBP will develop and lead an HR agenda which supports organizational goals and business strategy. The successful candidate will act as an employee champion, drive change initiatives, and anticipate HR related needs to deliver value-add service to leaders and employees. The HRBP will also support positive work relationships, champion our culture of inclusion and diversity, strengthen engagement, and increase productivity. The HRBP will develop and implement workforce planning strategies, conduct internal investigations and coach leaders to ensure consistency in the performance management and a positive discipline process. The HRBP will lead the development and roll out of HR programs and initiatives to enhance HR services and ensure compliance with company policies and laws/regulations and collective bargaining agreements.
