Senior Project Manager, CEI

JOB DESCRIPTION

Mott MacDonald is seeking a Senior Project Manager - CEI to lead and manage CEI projects and pursuits in the Central Florida area and surrounding regions.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead efforts in building the local CEI practice with ability to recruit and grow the team.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients in the Central/South Florida region.
• Receives general instructions regarding assignments and is expected to exercise initiative and independent judgment in the solution of work problems.
• Directs and assigns specific tasks to inspectors and assists in all phases of the construction project.
• Will be responsible for the progress and final estimates throughout the construction project duration.
• General management and oversite of multiple CEI projects
• Periodically reviews project schedule and progress on the projects managed.

Candidate Specification

We invite applications from candidates with the following experience:

• Ideal candidates should have a BS in Civil Engineering and 10+ years of experience on CEI projects and programs.
• Must have a Florida Professional Engineer license.
• Be able to mentor and help develop Junior and Intermediate engineers and CEI personnel Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining client relations.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and leading a team is very important for this role.
