Location: Pinellas Park, FL (onsite)
Duration: 3-6 Month Contract

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develops subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontracts in support of development, production and global sustainment for multiple contract types.
  • Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, develops evaluation criteria, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes subcontract packages for review, prepares awards and administers resulting subcontracts.
  • Negotiates and coordinates additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts.
  • Participates with contracts administration and purchasing to develop subcontract policies and procedures.
  • May sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority.

Basic Qualifications :
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
* Experience in supply chain management, procurement or purchasing

Desired skills :
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Experience with JDA/MTO, drawings/technical data, manufacturing processes, tools, root cause analysis, process improvement techniques and cost analysis
* Experience working with and managing supplier relationships
* Experience with an Aeronautics product, quality assurance and/or manufacturing process
* Maintain customer/supplier relationships
* Experience in finance, cost/price analysis, schedule analysis, budgeting, and negotiations
* Data Analysis experience
* Experience with Lean and continuous improvement tools
* Negotiation and technical experience, related to product and supply chain
